In August we have been working diligently to install a new sewer line, new water line, drainage, underground electrical conduit for communications and distribution of power. As thousands of yards of material are being moved each day, the site is slowly morphing into the Phase I master planned development. With new roads being carved and the installation of the pedestrian underpass, the excitement builds to establish this walkable and bicycle friendly development. August is a key month for maintaining schedule and meeting milestone dates for project completion.
